Aussie - My Haircare Routine

For someone with ridiculously long hair (I mean seriously ridiculous - someone please make me go to the hairdressers!) I really don't do much to it. I can never be bothered to style it and luckily it is quite naturally straight, hopefully to the point where I can get away with just leaving it (because that is exactly what I do).

I am however, concious of keeping it nicely conditioned. I have had the same hair routine for years and didn't realise how many products I actually use because it has just become habit. I really love the Aussie haircare range. It is reasonably priced, easy to get hold of, smells lovely and seems to do a good job.
The three main products I use are the Aussie Three Minute Miracle Reconstructor Deep Conditioner, the Miracle Hair Insurance Leave-in Conditioner and the Dual Personality Anti-Frizz and Conditioning Milk.

The product I use the most is the Miracle Hair Insurance Leave-in Conditioner which I spray in to my damp hair every time I wash it. It makes my hair smell nice, conditions it and also helps to de-tangle any knots. I have also begun using the HASK Argan Oil in the ends of my hair at the same time but this is not an Aussie product (read about it in my May Favourites here).

The next product I use the most is the Three Minute Miracle Reconstructor Deep Conditioner which I use about twice a week in the shower. I smooth a small amount through the ends of my hair and then leave it for a few minutes before washing it out. When I don't use this I will use a normal conditioner but I like giving my hair a deep condition on a regular basis.

The Dual Personality Anti-Frizz and Conditioning Milk is the product I use the least (I have had this bottle for ages!). This is a nice product but I don't often have a lot of frizz to tame. It is however, nice to run through the ends of my hair when they are looking a little bit dry (which is less often now that I use the Argan Oil) but it can feel a little bit sticky sometimes.

I am just in the habit of using the Aussie haircare range as it seems to work for me and has always helped to keep my hair in good condition. It must be doing something right as hairdressers are always quite surprised to learn how long it has been since I last had a haircut (usually 6 months to a year!).
